Fernleigh proved to be a solid choice for our corporate retreat. The combination of serene surroundings and essential amenities made it easy for our team to focus on our objectives. We set up shop in their business centre, which had everything we needed to stay connected. I particularly appreciated the free parking; it allowed for seamless travel to nearby attractions like Eildon Lake, where my son managed to catch a few fish! The air conditioning kept our work sessions comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was a handy addition for presentations. What I found particularly refreshing was the kitchenette in our cottage—fully equipped with cookware and utensils, making meal prep a breeze as we enjoyed outdoor dining under the stars. For some relaxation, the seasonal outdoor pool and tennis court provided a great break from our sessions. Watching kangaroos right outside our window during downtime was a pleasant bonus. Fernleigh is not overly luxurious but it has a certain charm that encourages productivity and rejuvenation, making it an ideal spot for business travellers seeking a blend of work and nature.
